PHASE 1

The two-week sprint

We interview ten to fifteen people across your business – production, creative, account management, ops, whoever’s relevant. We’re looking for where time gets lost, where quality is under pressure, and where things stall.

We typically find 15-20 opportunities. Some are AI. Some are automation. Some turn out to be process fixes that don't need technology at all.

We score and rank everything, then run a prioritisation workshop with your leadership team. You decide what matters most. You leave with a 12-month roadmap and two to four projects ready to kick off.

Two weeks. Minimal time from your team. Fixed fee.

PHASE 2

From plan to capability

For each project, we write a detailed implementation plan – what to build, which tools to use, the decisions already made, step by step.

Your team takes it from there. We pair a domain expert with a systems-minded generalist on each build. No developers. No code. Automation tools, spreadsheets, simple API connections.

We run a kickoff session, check in weekly to unblock problems, and do a final review against the original spec. Our responsibility is the quality of the plan and the support. Yours is the doing.

When a project needs specialist skills the team doesn’t have, we find the right people, scope the work, and see it through.

Alongside the builds, we run training sessions to get your team confident with the tools and technology behind what they're making. The building and the learning happen together – run through Woolf & Hale, our training practice.

Your team learns by doing. And when we leave, they own everything they've built.

The audit sprint is a fixed fee, typically under £10,000 for two weeks of work. Implementation support is scoped per project depending on complexity.
